Infroming and educating the Armenian public about laser treatments by Dr. Hovik Stepanyan
Dr. Hovik Stepanyan is a plastic surgeon at Armenian-American Wellness Center, who has been trained by our Harvard team for several times and provided with different lasers to perform independent laser treatments for vascular anomalies at the center. Our trip to Armenia in May 2019
We just got from another successful humanitarian trip to Yerevan Armenia. We took more laser devices, trained local physicians on the use of these devices to treat patient with scars and vascular anomalies.
Medical Team Gets Closer to Establish Laser Center in Armenia
In April of 2014, our team of three dermatology laser specialists from the United States (US) returned to Yerevan, Armenia to further the development of a state of the art laser dermatology center for treatment of scars and vascular anomalies.
Medical Team Takes State-of-the-Art Lasers To Armenia
On October 24, 2013, our team of three dermatology laser specialists from the US arrived in Yerevan. Dr Rox Anderson, a professor of dermatology at Harvard Medical School is director of the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Dr Lilit Garibyan, an instructor at Harvard Medical School, and secretary of the Armenian-American Medial Association in Boston, organized this mission trip.
